Will Sullivan is a health economist at Delta Hat, with an educational background in economics and econometrics; awarded a PhD in Health Economics in 2014. A consultant health economist since 2014, with a focus on strategic and technical approaches to HTA decision problems at global and local levels, including representing pharmaceutical companies and PenTAG External Assessment Group at NICE Appraisal Committees (A, B, C and D). Will was previously a lecturer in Health Economics at the University of Sheffield.
